We are offering a few Christmas packages this year, we want to make sure Christmas is super special for everyone.
We will be starting with advent calendar delivery the last weekend in November, the character will stop by for a short visit (10-15 minutes usually) with a chocolate advent calendar, they’ll chat and pose for photos. £20
Through December we will be doing craft activity deliveries and baking activity deliveries, for each the princess will visit with either everything you need to bake a Christmas treat or everything you need to make a Christmas craft. The character will chat with the child, pose for photos and play a short game, visits usually last around 15 minutes £25
On the week before Christmas we will also have our usual Christmas visits where the character will come and read a Christmas story with the children and deliver a Christmas present (a chocolate selection box) they will also chat with the child and pose for photos. Visits last roughly 15 minutes. £25 or £35 on Christmas Eve.
Allergies can be catered to in all packages, and for more than one child just add £5 per child.
It is essential that there be six or les people present including our character.
Visits predominantly take place on the doorstep, at present the character can come inside if the weather is bad but 2m distancing must be maintained throughout and the character can not touch anything e.g. door handles.
Should we go into tier 3 lockdown we are still able to deliver doorstep visits (but not go inside) as they are contact free and similar to receiving a pizza delivery. We have a lot of princess friends already in tier three up the country who have confirmed this for us.
Should anyone in the household develop symptoms we can postpone the visit or cancel and refund. Our usual cancellation policy is to not refund deposits but if the cancellation is due to covid we are refunding in full.
We will also continue to have online services: video messages and video calls available throughout!
