We really want to make sure we are doing everything we can to keep you safe, so let me tell you a little bit more about how we wrap our presents!
Presents are wrapped as far in advance of the visit as possible, and a minimum of four days before the booking as this is how long the virus can survive on paper.
We always wash hands before wrapping and wear a mask throughout, all plastic items are wiped down before they are wrapped.
Once wrapped, presents are placed in the party bag and not touched again until they arrive on your doorstep. The character will sanitise their hands before removing the present from the bag, bags are washed between uses.
